Finally, some rains have come to germinate the annual pasture species, feeding hay has continued to support requirements. With grain harvest complete, we were able to catch a little down time before shearing some surplus ewes. Most of these were Registered stud ewes that we had classed out of our flock due the genetic superiority of other mostly younger replacements.
